Please join us for a Learning Circle with our guests, Elder June Commanda (Nipissing First Nation community leader and former Residential School survivor) and community Knowledge Keepers Nancy Allaire (former teacher, principal, and Nipissing First Nation Education Director) and Alysha Allaire (Near North District School Board language teacher and community language advocate) as they share their unique perspectives of Indigenous Education by looking at the past, present and future.
