NU Café Mentor Chat with Alumna Lisa Snider

Lisa Snider grew up in North Bay, and completed the Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Program at Nipissing in 2012 in the Organizational Studies stream. After graduating from Nipissing, Lisa furthered her education and completed a Masters of Industrial Relations & Human Resources degree at the University of Toronto.

Lisa began her career in Toronto as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Mark Anthony Group - a Canadian-owned Beverage Alcohol producer and distributor. Lisa has had a progressive career in Human Resources, and is now the Director of People Operations for the Canadian Commercial division supporting over 200 employees across Canada. In this role, Lisa is responsible for talent acquisition and development, organizational design and succession planning. Lisa is eager to share her tips on making the transition from university to your 1st job!
