Dr. Smith talks pharmacare at local forum

Dr. Trevor Smith, associate professor of Sociology, recently gave a presentation at a local pharmacare forum in North Bay.   
Dr. Smith was invited to present by the North Bay Labour Council, who are hosting a series of similar events in communities across Canada, inviting pharmacare experts and advocates to discuss the need for a universal prescription drug plan for all Canadians.

“Dr. Smith offered clear, to the point remarks, on an issue of pressing local concern,” said  Jared Hunt of the North Bay Labour Council. “The North Bay labour community enjoys ready access to a wide range of expertise through our friendships with faculty at Nipissing University.”
