Dr. Arnocky’s work given Top 10 status

Dr. Steven Arnocky’s research has been highlighted as one of the most important provocative, and inspiring findings published in the field in 2016 by the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.The list is published annually for the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley’s online magazine, based on input from staff, faculty, and outside experts who are leaders in the science of compassion, happiness, empathy, altruism--what they call "the science of a meaningful life."
The results from Dr. Arnocky’s paper, Altruism predicts mating success in humans, stood out among the hundreds of studies that they considered.
