Muskoka Arts and Culture Film series – Gosford Park tonight

This year, Nipissing Muskoka’s Arts and Culture Film Series will explore the compelling relationship between film and architectural spaces. The films in this series are diverse – British, American, Italian – and they are all stunning to look at, especially on the big screen. Each film uses architecture not only as a visually alluring backdrop to the characters' actions, but often as a kind of character itself.Patrons might consider how these architectural spaces shape the characters who inhabit them and reflect upon how the architectural spaces we navigate in our own lives shape our experiences of the world.
