POSITION TITLE: Student Ambassador Leader
EMPLOYMENT DATES: May 2, 2022 - August 19, 2022
HOURS OF WORK: Average 35 hours per week
RATE OF PAY: $15.00/hour + Vacation as determined by HR policy
JOB DESCRIPTION: The SAL is responsible for guiding prospective students and their supporters on campus tours, providing accurate information and building meaningful and positive relationships. They are also responsible for assisting the Tours and Events Coordinator in event and tours preparations, management of the Student Ambassador Volunteer program, and assisting the Student Recruitment Officers with research projects to better support Nipissing recruitment efforts.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Giving campus tours
- Coordinating student volunteers
- Attending recruitment events
- Market and operations research
- General office work (mailing, emailing, etc.)
