Coping with Stress

According to the Center for Disease Control and prevention (CDC), stress can look and feel like a variety of different elements when we are faced with a pandemic situation. They can include:

  • Worrying about your health or your family and loved ones health
  • Significant changes in your sleep; perhaps even bouts of insomnia
  • Brain fog and the inability to concentrate
  • Changes in eating patterns
  • Chronic health problems are aggravated
  • Mental health conditions are worsened

  • Spend time outside doing yard work
  • Listening to music
