YOU MUST APPLY TO GRADUATE
All students must apply to graduate during their last term of studies regardless of whether they will be attending the formal convocation ceremony. Applications for graduation are available on WebAdvisor under your Academic Profile.
Please ensure that your mailing address is up to date on WebAdvisor.
Diplomas will automatically be mailed to those students who graduate "in absentia".
Double majors can view their majors in the Academic Profile section of WebAdvisor. The major listed first is the ceremony you will attend; for example, if you are receiving your Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and History, you should attend the Sociology ceremony.
DEADLINE TO APPLY TO GRADUATE
The deadline for June 2024 Convocation is April 1st, 2024.

OBTAINING A COPY OF YOUR DEGREE OR CERTIFICATE
If you complete your degree in April, you will receive your Diploma and/or Certificates at your Convocation ceremony. For those who do not attend, your Degree and/or Certificates will be sent by mail towards the beginning of July.

Degree frames are available for purchase all year and make great gifts!

Proudly display your degree with a custom Nipissing University degree frame. Proceeds from sales are used to support on-going student programs, scholarships and services through the Nipissing University Alumni Advisory Board (NUAAB).
