NUSU Student Life Award

Established in 1993 in commemoration of the first year of Nipissing's status as a university and the University's 25th anniversary. It is presented to a full-time or part-time student who significantly enhanced student life at the University in the preceding academic year. Candidates for nomination cannot include current members of the Student Union Executive or those with council responsibilities; rather the award is intended to recognize any other extra-curricular activities taken on by the nominee. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP.
