Join us in person or virtually for a discussion panel on anti-black racism in health care and health professions education hosted by Teaching Hub at Nipissing University and moderated by Dr. Charles Anyinam, Assistant Professor and Schulich Teaching Chair in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Expert panellists will address the Black experiences in health care and health professions education from various perspectives and the impact of anti-black racism on black health. We will explore potential actions to dismantle anti-black racism at systemic, institutional, and individual practitioner and educator levels.Panellists include Dr. Keisha Jefferies, Nurse Scientist, Janet Montague, Centennial College professor and Nipissing University students.
