Information regarding family and guests joining for an in-person Convocation.
How many guests can I invite?
Graduates are asked to limit their guests to a maximum of 4 people to allow all graduates to bring their supporters.
There is no ticket system to attend the convocation ceremonies.
Do you need a letter for your guests to travel and attend the Convocation?
If you require a letter for your guests to be able to travel to attend your Convocation ceremony, please complete the Student Letter Request Form and follow the instructions carefully. Failure to include pertinent information will delay the processing of your request.
How can I request accessible seating and/or support?
If you or your guests require any accommodations at the ceremony (such as accessible seating), please email convocation@nipissingu.ca
Volunteers will be available on-site to assist at the ceremony.
Accessible Parking will be in Parking Lot 4 “Visitor’s Parking.”

- travel westbound on Highway 17 until you merge with Highway 11

From the South
- travel northbound on Highway 400 until you merge with Highway 11
- travel northbound on Highway 11/17 through North Bay
