Thank you for submitting your request for note taking. Should there be any changes to your note taking request (drop a course, do not require a note taker, etc.), please let us know by emailing notetaking@nipissingu.ca or visiting us in the office (if possible).
If you are submitting this form after the term has already begun, we will endeavor to find a match for your course within 7 days of receiving the request, however there is no guarantee.
Once a note taker has been found for your course(s), we will send a confirmation to your Nipissing University e-mail account.
If you are using a Bursary for Students with Disabilities (BSWD) to cover the cost of your note taking support, please remember that you must complete an application form with the Student Accessibility Officers in order to cover the cost of this service.
