What is the main goal for the project?
Join our content team as a Copywriting Specialist, where your way with words will directly impact our brand's voice and messaging. This is a unique opportunity to hone your writing skills, understand audience engagement, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling content across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
To accomplish this, we expect that you will:
- Content Creation: Draft and edit copy for a range of materials, including website content, blog posts, social media captions, newsletters, and promotional ads.
- Brand Voice: Ensure all written content aligns with our brand's voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, marketing, and PR teams to craft cohesive and engaging narratives for campaigns.
- Research: Dive deep into industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to inform your writing.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate edits and suggestions from the content team, striving for continuous improvement in your drafts.
- Content Optimization: Learn about and apply basic SEO principles to enhance the visibility of our online content.
- Proofreading: Ensure all content is free from grammatical errors and aligns with our style guide.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language with impeccable grammar and punctuation skills.
- Demonstrable writing skills, preferably with a portfolio or samples of written content.
- Ability to adapt writing style for various platforms and audiences.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization principles is a plus.
- Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
- Collaborative spirit, with an openness to feedback and revisions.
- Experience playing around with ChatGPT and other LLM tools that can be used for developing first drafts.
What support will you receive in completing the project?
You will work closely with the project lead who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to your tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
