Nipissing University’s School of Nursing is seeking qualified course instructors for the 2026 Winter semester.
Qualifications:
- A PhD in nursing or health related discipline is considered an asset
- A master’s degree in nursing or health related discipline
- Relevant professional experience
- Teaching experience
- Registered to practice with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) with no restrictions
Duties:
- Responsible for all instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course to which they are assigned
- Will be available to meet with students outside of the official classroom time
- Complete mandatory training requirements, review and follow Nipissing University's policies and procedures

NURS 1516 - Introduction to Health Concepts across the Lifespan
NURS 2047 - Professional Nursing 2
NURS 3536 - Indigenous Health and Wellness
