Nipissing receives provincial funding for innovative virtual learning projects
ArticleNipissing University has received nearly $500,000 in funding from the province as part of Ontario’s Virtual Learning Strategy (VLS), managed through eCampus Ontario. The funding, announced earlier today by MPP Vic Fedeli, will support four innovative projects in virtual teaching and learning led by Nipissing. -

Event will feature latest research findings on rare and young onset dementia
ArticleNipissing University will be holding an online knowledge exchange event on the topic of rare and young onset dementia on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 1p.m. This live, virtual event builds on last year's Knowledge Exchange, and is part of public engagement activities of the Rare Dementia Support (RDS) Impact Study, a five-year study funded jointly by the UK Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC) and National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). -
