Job Description:

Role Summary
This is a Senior Staff role. As a senior staff member they are responsible for assisting with training, supervising and supporting staff across camp. The Office Administrator oversees the completion of office tasks including helping with camper cabin assignments, organizing transportation, responding to phone calls and emails and other office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to office calls and emails
  • Organize arrival days, including collecting necessary paperwork.
  • Facilitate departure days by managing luggage logistics.
  • Organizing camp transportation
  • Assisting with staff training
  • Exemplify and uphold Olympia’s core values of safety, teamwork, and respect at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic camp culture for both campers and staff.
  • Engage directly with campers, staff, and parents/guardians to ensure a high-quality experience

Required Qualification:

  • Standard First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Clean Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
