Nipissing University will present five outstanding leaders with honorary degrees, the University’s highest distinction, during its upcoming Convocation from June 11 to June 13 at the R.J. Surtees Student Athletics Centre.

Each year, Nipissing University proudly recognizes the exceptional contributions of its faculty through the Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence, presented during convocation celebrations. These prestigious awards honour faculty members who have excelled in research, teaching, and service, reflecting their dedication and impact on the university community.

Nipissing University hosted its inaugural fundraising gala, An Evening at Nipissing: Together for Students, last week benefitting the Student Support Fund. The sold-out event, held at the R.J. Surtees Student Athletics Centre, marked the culmination of an eight-month fundraising campaign for the Student Support Fund, resulting in over $600,000 for the cause.
