About Us
We are a growing, independently owned automotive dealership group operating multiple locations in North Bay. Our business is built on strong customer relationships, operational efficiency, and a hands-on team culture. We are looking for a Controller who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a key role in our continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple dealership locations
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and performance reports
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including inter-company transactions
- Oversee vehicle inventory and floor plan financing
- Review and post deals, ensuring accuracy in gross, commissions, and taxes
- Ensure compliance with HST, payroll, and applicable regulations (e.g., OMVIC)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes
- Supervise and support a small accounting/admin team (if applicable)
What We’re Looking For
- Accounting/business degree interested in working toward CPA designation and looking for long term career/advancement
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Reynolds & Reynolds)
