Nipissing Muskoka’s Social Justice Club is hosting a volunteer mixer on January 27, from 7 - 9 p.m., for students, members of the community and students from area schools including Georgian College. The goal of this event is to bring local community organizations together with individuals looking for volunteer opportunities in the Muskoka area.

Does that bulky coat no longer fit? Have your kids outgrown their snow pants?  You’re in luck! Nipissing’s student volunteers will be in your neighbourhood on Friday, January 23 to pick up gently used winter apparel for donation.

Nipissing’s students will reap the ultimate rewards from the third annual Paul Nelson Memorial Game, in the form of dollars raised for the Paul Nelson Memorial Scholarship, however, it was the cagey, veteran-laden faculty/staff team that was victorious on the ice.
