Professor of Social Work, Dr. Mary Pat Sullivan was recently interviewed by Markus Schwabe of CBC Radio's Morning North about her impactful work leading Rare Dementia Support Canada, a national support service for those affected by rare and young onset dementia. 

This summer, Dr. Richard Wenghofer, Associate Professor of Ancient Studies at Nipissing University and Gabrielle Leboeuf, a Nipissing student studying Ancient Studies, had the unique opportunity to participate in an archeological field school at Emporion Pistiros, an ancient Greek trading settlement in the heart of Thrace (modern Bulgaria) run by Balkan Heritage Field School.

It is hard to believe Homecoming Weekend is already upon us. With a few weeks of classes in the books, and the leaves beginning to change, Homecoming is a great time for our community to come together to celebrate our Lakers pride as we welcome our alumni back to campus.
