Nipissing University’s Off Campus Living Program is dedicated to providing students who choose to live off campus with the support and resources they need to become informed residents and promote active participation in the community and on campus. By providing access to advertising websites, through SpacesShared and Places4Students, students have access to a variety of housing options to suit their specific needs. -

Nipissing University Residence Life strives to offer diversity within our community and therefore believe that students should live in an environment that is inclusive of their gender identity. As stated in the "Conditions of Accepting a Room in Residence" contract, all residents must vacate their rooms within 48 hours following the date of their final examination, test or class as recorded by the Registrars' Office at the end of the term.Townhouse Residence Complex
Our Townhouse Residence Complex is nestled within mature trees and green space on the edge of our campus next to the main academic building, and is our designated upper year student residence. It offers the students who live here a peaceful environment where they can live among their peers and focus on their academic commitments.
