Nipissing University has partnered with national not-for-profit organization and innovation powerhouse, Mitacs, to offer high-quality internships for students while supporting the ongoing research and development efforts of businesses.

Nipissing alumna and Executive Assistant, External Relationships and Strategic Initiatives in the Office of the President, Maggie Daniel, was recently recognized by the North Bay & District Chamber of Commerce as Young Professional of the Year.

A new partnership between Nipissing University and Kenjgewin Teg has been formed to offer joint delivery of the Indigenous Classroom Assistant Diploma Program (ICADP), a program designed to support the success of Indigenous children in both First Nation and Ontario provincial schools.
