Dr. Tabachnick discusses pipelines in new article

Dr. David Tabachnick, professor of political science, has published a new article discussing the Energy East pipeline and it’s significant risks to North Bay on TVO’s Current Affairs - The Next Ontario online platform. 
Titled, Why Ontario must take action on the Energy East pipeline, the article discusses the potentially devastating risks the pipeline poses to North Bay, given that it’s proposed route travels under the Trout Lake watershed, the city’s sole source of drinking water.  Dr. Tabachnick outlines the role provinces play in the federally-regulated planning of interprovincial pipelines and calls on the provincial government to demand action to protect Ontarians.
