Anthony Rota, Member of Parliament for Nipissing – Timiskaming, was on campus yesterday to announce a $962,500 investment at Nipissing University. Rota made the joint federal-provincial investment announcement on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development.

Today, we are pleased to profile Kerry Lynn Peltier, a Bachelor of Arts, Social Welfare and Social Development student and Dave Marshall Leadership Award winner in the community category. Peltier has been a leader and role model for her peers ever since she began in the Aboriginal Advantage Program in 2011.
