This week, Nipissing University launched a new institutional website, providing easier navigation to a wider range of audiences, improved functionality and better integration of social media.

The Nipissing Lakers Nordic ski team has received a big boost with the addition of former Team Canada skier Dave Nighbor as an assistant coach for the 2014-15 season. Nighbor will offer valuable input, feedback and support to head coach Toivo Koivukoski as well as all the student-athletes.

As Nipissing University prepares to honour and celebrate with its 2013 graduates, the University is also pleased to announce that it will present honorary degrees to an accomplished group of influential Canadians at its convocation ceremonies being held from June 12 – 14, 2013.
