When choosing competencies, less is more. Choose the competencies you feel are most authentically demonstrated through your particular activity. We recommend 1 to 2 competencies for a 1 hour workshop, 5 - 7 competencies for a multi-day training, 8 - 10 competencies for a year-long volunteer role, and 12 - 15 competencies for a student employment position.
