Each August since 1998, Beloit College has released the Beloit College Mindset List, providing a look at the cultural touchstones that shape the lives of students entering college this fall.

Students in Nipissing University’s Masters of Environmental Studies/Master of Environmental Science program, and the Department of Geography will be showcasing their poster projects, representing the culmination of a year of original and independent research, in the second-floor R-Wing, at Nipissing University on Wednesday April 8, from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Nipissing University is proud to present this exclusive release of the documentary movie Warriors. Emerging from the Nipissing First Nation Culture and Heritage history preservation project, the movie was jointly produced by Dr. Katrina Srigley, associate professor of History; and Glenna Beaucage, Nipissing First Nation culture and heritage manager, in association with Regan Pictures.

This is the third time this event has been held at Nipissing. In each of the previous Write for Rights events, over 50 letters were written by students, staff and faculty in support of prisoners unjustly jailed and subject to torture.
