Congratulations to Dr. Thomas Ryan, who has been invited by the Provincial and Territorial Distance Education Association to be a keynote speaker at the Alberta Distance Learning Centre this October in Edmonton, Alberta.

Students interested in a career in finance now have a clear pathway to the profession thanks to a new Finance stream within Nipissing University’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program.

Cortez Alvarez is a Nipissing University Student Alumni representative at the Muskoka campus, and has been a volunteer with Muskoka Parry Sound Sexual Assault Services for the past two years.

Less than a month after finding out Lakers head coach Toivo Koivukoski will lead Team Canada into the World Universiade Games for 2017 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, the news broke that two Lakers student-athletes will be joining him.
