NU Graduate Skaai Davison will do her MSc at Oxford University in England
Skaai Davison is heading for Oxford University in England this fall to do an MSc in Embryology. She prepared herself to make this leap across the ocean by excelling in all the Biology, Chemistry and other courses she took at Nipissing University during her four years here. She made good use of specialized upper-year courses to distinguish herself from other students who are competing to get into Graduate School at Oxford University. -

Nipissing University Works With International and Local Partners to Research Rare Forms of Dementia and Support Systems in Rural and Remote Communities
ResearchNipissing University is pleased to announce its participation in an international research partnership with University College London (England) and Bangor University (Wales), as well as a local community partnership with the Alzheimer Society Sudbury-Manitoulin North Bay & Districts. The partnership is funded by a grant of over $6,000,000 from the Economic and Social Research Council, and the National Institute for Health Research, both based in the United Kingdom, with Nipissing University receiving over $600,000 of the total grant funding.
NU360 Speaker Night highlights faculty research at Nipissing
Students, faculty, and community members packed the NUSU Student Centre on March 4 for the annual NU360 Speaker Night. Six faculty presenters each had 360 seconds to showcase their research, offering a glimpse into the breadth and depth of research at Nipissing.
