Nipissing University Schulich School of Education professors Dr. Douglas Gosse and Dr. Mike Parr have released a new report that discusses the importance of, and the barriers faced by, male teachers in the primary/junior classrooms in Ontario.

Dr. Barbi Law is working on a simple solution to help all children develop their physical skills and confidence in their abilities, a solution that doesn’t involve registration fees, equipment costs or 6 a.m. practices, one that starts with a skill that every child has in spades: imagination.

With a century of teacher education excellence in its rearview mirror, Nipissing University's education program took a giant leap forward this March, becoming the Schulich School of Education.
