The Summer Indigenous Institute is a month-long pilot program for Indigenous students entering university. -

The courses are taught by Indigenous faculty, and students will have access to upper year student mentors. -

The Summer Indigenous Institute focuses on learning skills necessary for undergraduate success, while also emphasizing cultural learning as a key to success for Indigenous students entering university. -

The short program will allow Indigenous students an advanced look at university life while also giving them a head start on their credits. -

Students who have been accepted into the program will have a guaranteed single bedroom in residence.
