Nipissing University is very pleased to report that total student enrolment is up with 5,679 part-time and full-time students set to start the fall 2011-12 semester next week. While there has been little change in first-year full-time enrolment, overall enrolment has grown due to a 26% increase in enrolment for part-time studies and new programming in the fields of science, mathematics, technology and commerce.

The Canadian Institute of Forestry/Institut forestier du Canada (CIF/IFC) will hold its 103rd Annual General Meeting and Conference in Huntsville, Ontario, September, 18 – 21, 2011, and Nipissing has been actively involved.
