Facilities Clerk
Full-Time Support Staff
Reporting to the Facilities Administrator, the Facilities Clerk serves as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the Facilities Department. The position provides Facilities office support, clerical, and customer service assistance to the department, including responding to inquiries, maintaining records, supporting key and access processes, and processing room and space booking requests in accordance with established procedures.
The successful candidate will have a two-year office administration diploma from a recognized college along with one to three years of relevant experience. Experience in a post-secondary educational setting would be an asset.
This position is classified at Wage Grade 30, with a wage range from $24.09 per hour (Step 1) to $30.50 per hour (Step 9). Placement within the salary range will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
