Runners of all ages and abilities are invited to lace up for the second annual Look Out Trail Race, set to take place on Saturday, June 14, here on Nipissing University’s campus trails. Organized by Nipissing University Fine Arts instructor Colin Davis and local runner Tyler Ashurst, the event is a celebration of North Bay’s natural beauty and the welcoming spirit of its running community.

Nipissing University is proud to share that History students, Nelaya Boyd and Aeongus Madigan, have been selected to participate in the highly prestigious Canadian Battlefields Foundation (CBF) Study Tour taking place May 23 to June 8. Each year, only 12 students from across the country are chosen for this immersive educational experience that brings Canada’s military history to life on the very grounds where it unfolded.

Earlier today, Nipissing University announced a transformational $5M investment to support the continued development and national expansion of Rare Dementia Support Canada (RDS Canada). This gift will support the expansion of dementia research, support services, and education, as well as help establish a dedicated space to house RDS Canada - a centre committed to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by rare and young-onset dementias.
