Two Nipissing University students selected for prestigious Canadian Battlefields Foundation Study Tour

Each year, only 12 students from across the country are chosen for this immersive educational experience that brings Canada’s military history to life on the very grounds where it unfolded. -

GeneralEarlier today, Nipissing University announced a transformational $5M investment to support the continued development and national expansion of Rare Dementia Support Canada (RDS Canada). This gift will support the expansion of dementia research, support services, and education, as well as help establish a dedicated space to house RDS Canada - a centre committed to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by rare and young-onset dementias. -
Nipissing alumni honoured with King Charles III Coronation Medal for community impact
GeneralTwo Nipissing University alumni have been recognized for their remarkable dedication to service with one of Canada’s most distinguished honours. Paige Trudeau-Shemilt (BBA ’15) and Macrina Perron (BA ’03) were awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal during a special ceremony on campus on April 25, 2025.
