Nipissing nursing student’s quick actions save a life during medical emergency
GeneralThe patient later expressed heartfelt gratitude in an email to Nipissing University, sharing that Marco Tanuyan’s intervention was the reason they survived the heart attack. "His CPR technique kept me alive after my heart stopped thrice and required paddles twice," the patient wrote. Award-winning broadcaster Scott Russell welcomed as Nipissing University Chancellor
GeneralNipissing University officially installed award-winning broadcaster and author Dr. Scott Russell as its fifth Chancellor in a special ceremony held today at the NUSU Student Centre. As Chancellor, Dr. Russell will serve as the ceremonial head of the institution, presiding over Convocation and acting as a key advocate and ambassador for Nipissing and its mission.
