Clara Hughes, six-time summer and winter Olympic medallist, is speaking at the Capitol Centre about mental health and her own recovery, on May 23, at 7 p.m. Hughes will be sharing her past struggles with depression in an effort to help break down the stigma associated with mental illness.

Artists Amy Cook and Jaymie Lathem, two recent Nipissing University graduates, are exhibiting their recent work in a two-person show, opening Friday, May 17, at Line Gallery in North Bay.
