Register today for alumni and friends hockey game

It’s time to slip off those sandals and lace up your skates to get ready for the first ever Alumni and Friends Hockey Game! This historic match is taking place during Homecoming Weekend, on Saturday, October 1, from 2:30 – 4 p.m. at Memorial Gardens. Participants will play in a 90 minute game, receiving coaching expertise from the Lakers varsity hockey coaches.  Players also get an official Lakers replica jersey to keep, and a post-game food voucher for use at the Homecoming Tailgate Party in Thomson Park later that day before the Lakers take on the Ottawa Gee Gees in their regular season home opener. The cost to play is $125. Proceeds from the event will support the Lakers hockey program.  Participants will also receive a $90 income tax receipt for their donation. To register to play, click here.
