From Seeds to Harvest: Celebrating Our Culture of Consent

From Seeds to Harvest: Celebrating Our Culture of Consent
Visit From Seeds to Harvest, a community art installation that celebrates the values, commitments, and messages of care shared by members of the Nipissing University community during Consent Awareness Week.
The garden brings together three elements: the Roots of a consent culture, the Seeds of individual commitments to creating safer communities, and the Blooms of support and solidarity created for survivors. Like any garden, a culture of consent grows through consistent care, shared responsibility, and collective action.
Stop by to explore the display and learn how our community is working together to foster respect, communication, accountability, inclusion, and care. Visitors are also invited to contribute to the garden by creating a seed commitment, sharing one action they will take to help consent culture grow, or by making a Carnation of Care with a message of support for survivors.
Whether you're adding your own contribution or simply taking time to reflect, we invite you to help celebrate and strengthen our shared commitment to a safer, more compassionate campus community.
