ABSTRACT At a time when state violence is aggressively reshaping the world around us, including challenges to maintaining the rule of law forged after 1945, legal professionals continue to work to uphold the rule of law. This panel explores the ways in which they navigate this increasingly complex and challenging reality, domestically and internationally.
