  • University employees come together for greener campus on Earth Day

    In honour of Earth Day, Nipissing University faculty and staff stepped outside on April 22 to roll up their sleeves and give back to the environment during the Clean Up, Green Up, Together for a Better Campus event. With support from Clean, Green, Beautiful North Bay (CGB), the afternoon event brought together employees from across campus to help tidy and beautify Nipissing’s outdoor spaces.
  • Biosafety

    Biosafety is growing in awareness and importance, not only in the area of research and development, but with the wider community as a whole. Biosafety is concerned with the safe handling of biohazardous substances, whether they be micro-organisms or genetically modified organisms.
