Appeals
Basic pageResearchers have the right to request, and the NUREB has an obligation to provide, reconsideration of decisions affecting a research project, through deliberation, consultation or advice. The researcher and the NUREB must have fully exhausted the reconsideration process, and the NUREB must have issued a final decision before the researcher initiates an appeal. -
