Established to honour the life of Noah Dougas, who humbly united and inspired communities through exemplary values of kindness, compassion, determination, and bravery. Can be split between one female and one male athlete. The NoahStrong Athletic Award is presented to a Nipissing student athlete who exemplifies Noah’s affirmations: Acts of kindness, strength, helpfulness, leadership, earned respect from their peers, the ability to face challenges, goal-oriented, resilient, brave, and loved. Nomination by coaching & athletics staff, or teammates accepted (2023 recipient selected by athletic awards committee)
