We support students at any stage of their diagnosis. Whether you're a student with a diagnosed disability, need temporary support, or you are in the early stages of seeking a diagnosis, SAS may be able to provide you with academic accommodations and support to help remove potential barriers to learning.

New Student Registration Form

This is the initial form that must be submitted to SAS to request accommodations.
At the time of registration, you must present one of the following types of documentation.

Textbook Request Form

This is how you request your textbooks in digital format if listed as an accommodation.

This is where you can request disability-related living accommodation in residence.
