Rate of Pay: | $17.60/hour plus vacation pay in accordance with the ESA |
Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for general office duties as well as research/special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Duties Include:
- Printing
- Filing documents, applications, and student files
- File creation
- Packaging of acknowledgements and offers of admission
- Data entry
- Mailouts
- Triaging voicemails
- Triaging/providing direction to walk-in traffic
- Research projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a current Nipissing University student
- Must apply and be approved for the NUWORK Program (see link below to apply for NUWORK Program)
- First year university completed
- Office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be an independent worker and an active team member
- Ability to work on campus
