Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate overnight caregiver to provide respite care for an elderly couple in their home when family members are unable to be present.
The couple would benefit from a caring, responsible person to provide overnight supervision, companionship, reassurance, and assistance as needed:
- Part-time, flexible schedule - occasional overnight shifts based on family availability
- Overnight care in the couple’s private home
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and assistance with personal care and nighttime needs as required
- Help ensure their safety and comfort throughout the night
- Reliability and good communication are important
Ideal Candidate:
- Caring, patient, dependable, and comfortable working with elderly individuals
- Experience providing senior care is an asset
- Nursing students are welcome to apply
- PSW, nursing, or healthcare experience is an asset
- References required
