Nipissing University invites applications for a part-time course instructor for the Fall semester to teach a course in History for an existing vacancy.
Fall Term: September 8, 2026, to December 31, 2026
Hours: Total of 36 instructional hours over 12 weeks

Qualifications:
Applicants require a PhD in History with an expertise in the histories of the indigenous peoples of Turtle Island. Candidates with an established record of research, work in community, and relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
Duties:
- Responsible for all instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course to which they are assigned
- Will be available to meet with students outside of the official classroom time
- Complete mandatory training requirements, review and follow Nipissing University's policies and procedures
