Beth Pentney researches and teaches in the areas of social media, reality TV, and mainstream body modification. She is interested in the ways that postfeminism shapes popular culture, in particular mainstream celebrity feminism. Beth has taught in Gender and Women's Studies at Nipissing since 2010, both on campus and online.
