Preference is given to a student who has expressed an intention to pursue graduate studies the following year. The recipient is selected by faculty in the department. -
Cynthia Johnston Memorial Award

Preference is given to someone who expresses a sincere desire to teach music. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and must be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP. Students are nominated by the Faculty. -
Dr. Helen Langford Scholarship

The recipient must demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP. -

Ted Chase Award

Presented to a full-time, upper year student registered in the Bachelor of Science (Honours) program who has demonstrated significant, committed involvement to either the arts (music, drama, visual) or athletics (varsity or intramural) while a student at Nipissing University. The recipient must show good academic standing (minimum of 70% overall average) and demonstrate financial need. The recipient must also be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP.
