NUSU Service Award

Candidates cannot include current members of the Student Union Executive. The student's involvement will have upheld NUSU's mandate of servicing the university community while demonstrating academic proficiency. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP. -

Scholarships, Bursaries & AwardsAward Value$1,000.00Presented annually to 3 full-time, first year students who have a minimum admission average of 80%. Preference is given to students who are the child or spouse of a corporate employee or dealer (Northern district) of Mac's Convenience Inc. or Northmar Distributors. Preference is also given to students enrolled in one of the following degree programs: Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science (Computer Science), or Bachelor of Arts (Economics). The recipients of this scholarship may be considered for a subsequent scholarship valued at $500 by maintaining at least an overall average of 80% during first year at Nipissing University.
