NU grad earns young professional award

Nipissing University was well represented in the recent Bell Evening of Excellence Awards hosted by the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce.Bobby Ray, a graduate of Nipissing’s Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program, earned the Young Professional of the Year Award. The co-owner of Robert Fransula Inc, Ray performs contract management services for the North Bay Granite Club and has assumed ownership of their tennis and pro shop operations; now the Nipissing District Tennis Club and Curling Life.
Nipissing also co-sponsored, with Canadore College, the Small Business of the Year Award, which went to Clark Marketing Communications.
